How's the Market? Kitchener Waterloo Condo Sales

I did a video about the condo statistics in Kitchener-Waterloo area. I cover the total unit sales, average price, median

price and units sales by age range.

Total Sales: 343

Breakdowns by areas:
Waterloo East: unit sales:48, average sale price: 232,940, median sale price: 202,325
Waterloo West: unit sales: 73, average sale price: 219,102, median sale price: 214,500
Kitchener East: unit sales: 60, average sale price: 174,857, median sale price: 148,800
Kitchener West: unit sales: 162, average sale price: 178,917, median sale price: 166,800

Breakdown by age range:
Kitchener:

43 sold between 1-5 yrs (9 of which were Kaufman lofts)
16 sold between 6-10 yrs
20 sold between 11-20 yrs
56 sold between 21-30 yrs
70 sold between 21-40 yrs

Waterloo:

9 sold between 1-5 yrs
8 sold between 6-10 yrs
13 sold between 11-20 yrs
34 sold between 21-30 yrs
28 sold between 31-40 yrs
